Web Analytics Manager
We are currently seeking a Web Analytics Manager who has the ability to provide domain expertise in online user engagement, project management, sales and profound thought leadership around website analytics, SEO, SEM and website conversion improvements.
As the Web Analytics Manager, you will be focused on developing the analytics offering, cultivating new leads and business opportunities, providing data, analysis and recommendations for optimising and improving client website performance. You will also be working collaboratively with senior management and our project teams to build strategy around business development and service improvement across all areas of the business.
Core Competencies
- Strong experience in online analytical tools such as Omniture, Google Analytics, ClickTale, Hitwise and Nielsen.
- Superior analytical and strategy skills
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and management skills
- Ability to analyse, interpret and draw conclusions from complex statistical information
- Extensive experience in data mining, profiling and segmentation techniques
- Experience in implementing and assisting developer’s implementation of tracking and analytic tools and performing optimisation improvements.
- Experience with on-site conversion rate tracking and improvement tools.
- Experience with search engine optimisation and search marketing campaigns.
- Experience in client presentations.
- Experience in sales
